Quest protein bars provide 19 to 21 grams of protein for around 190 to 210 calories. They are great for keeping in the car, at work, in a backpack, bug-out bag or a purse. Quest protein bars don't melt or break during travel or storage so they are perfect to carry or keep on hand in an environment that is less than optimal.
