Ugh!!!! So many things going wrong that are just irritating!!! I keep reminding myself it could always be worse! Just using this time while I'm working on the laptop to clean out closets and throw things away. Some tangible results of my efforts are rewarding! However, I really would like my technology to behave so I could upload some of the videos I have on my laptop. Thank you all for your patience. New laptop is ordered.
