After researching and comparison shopping, I decided that a battery-operated chain saw would meet the needs I had for yard and woods maintenance. While I understand that larger, gas-powered chain saws last longer and are more powerful, I needed something that would start easily and work on smaller limbs and trees. Additionally, I am not a large person! I held many chain saws in stores and liked the balance of the WORX 40-Volt Battery Operated Chain Saw. I purchased mine at Walmart. This video shows me unboxing the chain saw, assembling the chain saw, and my first use of the chain saw. I have used it a couple of times now and am very pleased!
