Training for Powerlifting Competition, Week Twelve. Getting over a sinus infection and/or congestion. Starting feeling human again on Friday the 13th, so I went to the gym and was able to bench. Saturday, I had to work half a day and then deal with a busted water pipe so no gym time. Sunday, I managed to get in a light deadlifting and squat session.
